What had started

In December 23, 1947, leading real estate owners, operators, builders and lawyers attended the first luncheon of a club that had been organized to meet a great need: to create a space where principals and brokers could meet daily and, along with the convenience of lunching together, transact business, negotiate deals and exchange ideas in real estate.

What became

The Club faded away after many years of success. It lost much of its allure due to lack of leadership and keeping up with the new times. There was the need to fresh and new ideas, youth, women, and all the inclusionary aspects.

What we have done

We started this journey with an August cover feature in Mann Report in 2021. We followed up with a successful golf outing that led to increased revenue while solidifying our financial status. In 2022 we started our membership drive, held several events with guest speakers and held our yearly golf outing with funds going toward our charitable arm (The National Realty Club Foundation) which was formulated in 2022 as well. At the end of 2023, we became just one entity—The National Realty Club Foundation

We have done so much in a short time period which was only the beginning. The National Realty Club Foundation continues to have these varied events and yearly golf outing, with many connections made and a ball of a time had in doing so. Growth is our only option and solution for the future that awaits us.

We're moving toward the better

One measure of your success will be the degree to which you build up others who work with you. While building up others, you will build up yourself.
